    The Fondation Aide Vétérinaire Internationale is delighted to welcome you as a participant. We invite you to follow the steps below to register for this project. Your payment will confirm your participation.

    To register for the project in Belize in January 2025 :

    1. Please download, print and sign the 2 documents below and e-mail them to drsimard@fondationaideveterinaire.org
    2. FVAI project participation donation. Document to sign
    3. Obligations of FVAI project participants. Document to sign.
    4. Option 1: Sarteneja and Corozal January 18 to 25, 2025 $895 Full payment of $895 confirms your registration and reserves your place.
    5. Option 2: San Ignacio from January 25 to February 1, 2025 $895 Full payment of $895 confirms your registration and reserves your place.
    6. Option 3: Full participation in the 2-week Belize January 2025 Project from January 18 to February 1, 2025 $1350 Full payment of $1350 confirms your registration and reserves your place.
    7. Finalize the transaction on the site by clicking on the “Add to cart” button below, then on “Proceed to checkout” on the “Cart” page.
    8. Complete the order form and project questions.
    9. The cheque payment option will be selected by default, but Interac Transfers are preferred (contact us for details). Credit card payments are not available.
