Is it possible, in addition to it being high season for tourism? Absolutely!
If you would like to participate in your first humanitarian trip without losing your shirt, our project in Belize in January 2016 is just the thing for you. FVAI will be returning to the small village of Sarteneja for the fifth time since 2014. In Sarteneja, high season for tourists with crowded hotels and restaurants and exorbitant rates does not exist. Normal. There are no hotels…. Joking aside, Sarteneja is a dynamic village, with a unique atmosphere and relaxing ambiance, where they know how to live well.
Improving the health and welfare of the dogs and cats of Sateneja has become an important preoccupation for the villagers. FVAI’s clinics are more and more popular and the results are spectacular. We no longer have to convince the people of the importance of sterilizations, and we are now seeing our former patients for a simple courtesy visit, with a wellness exam and an anti-parasite treatment. What a change in less than two years, where we only touched a small part of the population of Sarteneja.
Come and join our team, in order to help this community which is completely dedicated and determined to improving the welfare of its animals. The people wait patiently, certain stay to watch the surgery and the majority help in the recovery of their animals with compassion. The Belizeans actively participate and manage the clinic with gusto! What an amazing collaboration!
Don’t miss this opportunity to jump into a humanitarian adventure for as little as $700.00 for 7 days!
